I would personally not advise choosing a tattoo artist on price.
A tattoo will be on your body for the rest of your life, and I would imagine that if you choose the ‘best price’ tattoo artist in your local town, then you stand the chance of picking the most junior or untalented artist too!
What I would suggest is start researching on the web for tattoo artists in Florida, and look at their gallerys of previous clients as well as tattoo flash, and choose someone who’s work appeals to you, as well as being good quality artwork.
I think that a couple of hours on a train, and possibly a hundred or so more dollars is a tiny price to pay for the best tattoo you can get.
Hope that this answer helps you,
